On the second Thursday of each month, members of the Serra Club of Southwest Denver attend daily mass at one of the 16 parishes affiliated with the club. After mass, we invite the parish pastor, priest, and/or deacons to join us for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The particular parish mass attended is chosen on a rotating basis with all 16 parishes included in regular succession.
Breakfast is always a congenial affair with great fellowship among members and a chance to speak casually with priests and religious. The intent of this undertaking is to show support for priests and religious and develop friendships which can be trusted between parish priests and Serra Club members.
